If you are a trainer, you can upload and/or submit content for publication in the existing courses on the Site. In this regard, you must comply with applicable laws and respect the rights of others. You cannot upload content in the form of text material, video, questions, answers, reviews, and others that violate applicable laws. You are fully responsible for all courses and content displayed and the actions you take on the Site and their consequences.
If we receive information that your courses and/or content violate the law and/or the rights of others, we may remove your content from the Site.
All data you upload to the Site, including but not limited to course materials, remain owned by you and/or the original owner of the data. Our rights as the administrator are limited to the Site's ability to collect, process, and share the data.
The content you upload and/or submit as a member or trainer remains yours. By uploading courses and/or content, you authorize us to reuse and share them without you losing ownership of those materials. You state and warrant that you have all the necessary rights, powers, and authorities to authorize us to use any content you submit. You also agree to all uses of your content without any compensation paid to you.
You hereby agree not to use the Site or content for unlawful activities or in violation of the law. You agree not to use any equipment, software, or other technology that may interfere with or attempt to obstruct the operation of this Site. You agree not to use this Site or its content for commercial purposes. You agree not to attempt, create, seek, use, or send automated means or other forms of technology to collect or obtain information from this Site, or in any other way interact with this Site.
All Intellectual Property Rights in this Site are owned by Nusantech.
